I’ve addressed my concerns with serval agents at this location. After Rio took my payment before he allowed me to hang up. He immediately looked into my account to ensure I was getting the best rates. He gave suggestions that will actually help me financially. Although I didn’t move forward as of yet it was GREAT to know I had those options. Something no one has ever told me. It was a pleasure speaking with Rio this morning."
