Welcome to your Chicago State Farm Agency. This agency located in Lakeview / Uptown has been operating since 2008 and we are happy to serve not only the Chicago - land area but all of Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Our team consists of six licensed insurance professionals who are passionate about helping people understand insurance and financial services.

The owner/agent Jenny embarked her insurance career in 2003 and became one of the first female Spanish speaking female insurance agents in Chicago, paving the way for a generation. She is originally from Miami, Florida but has called Chicago home since 1998. She is a graduate of Florida International University with a B.S in Computer Science and holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Chicago.

At the core of our mission is assisting families in safeguarding what matters most to them. We are always here for you, whether you prefer to visit us in person, give us a call, or reach out via email. Shane is our customer care service representative. Shane has been working at State Farm for almost 20 years! He started his State Farm journey in his father’s agency in Louisiana. In 2015 Shane moved to Chicago and has been with us ever since. He is responsible for helping with all customer service needs and strives to help customers understand the protection their policies provide and how and when to use them. Though State Farm has been a huge part of his life, Shane is also an actor! You can find him at various theaters across the city. He has been in productions such as Into the Woods, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Evil Dead: the Musical, and Head Over Heels.
